This French duo was formed in 2009 and is made of Quentin Vaulot, born in 1983 and Goliath Dyèvre, born in 1980 that both graduated from Les Ateliers-ENSCI. In 2008 they collaborated with architect Philippe Rahm on the invitation of VIA (French Society for the Development of Design Furniture), before their Spanlight big lamp (3,50 metres wide) being commissioned by that same institution in 2010. In 2011, their Fantôme (Ghost) project (bells serving to hide objects) finished second for the Cinna prize for small pieces of furniture. They also created the scenography for the “Digital Objects” exhibition at Lieu du Design in Paris.In 2012, they won the first prize for Design at Agora Bordeaux and started a collaboration with the CRAFT Centre (Centre of ResearchCeramics and Enamel Applications in Art and Design) in Limoges. They also created several scenographies for various exhibitions, among which one for the French National Trust. Vaulot&Dyèvre live and work in Paris.
