Julie Pfigersdorffer was born in 1979, she lives and works in Paris. Over he last 15 years she has been working successively for different studios.
She started working in a design agency working for major brands such as Givenchy, Jean-Paul Gaultier or Veuve Clicquot. She went on working for various designers such as Délo Lindo for who she helped design a range of household appliance under the Tefal brand, then for designer Pierre Charpin. For him she created a series of scenography, in particular for the show “Mobi Boom” at National Decorative Arts Museum of Paris. Her encounter with Pierre Charpin marked a major inflexion in her career.
Since 2006, Julie Pfligersdorffer creates projects in exclusivity for Galerie Gosserez or for various editors : a coffee cup "café pelé" for Industreal, the "O Perché" line of furniture for Cinna (that won the Cinna design competition in 2010) and the desk "POM’S" for Ligne Roset.
